If I could give 10 stars, I would! Fall of last year, our central unit experienced a malfunction. We asked for the help of a competitor to look over and find out about the issue. However, their conclusion was incorrect as they identified a problem that never existed. We were recommended to SomaiHvac, LLC by a family friend, and it turned out to be excellent advice. On Friday, I contacted them. The following day, we met Harry, who was friendly and knowledgeable. We had never installed the system as we bought our house with the unit, so he explained everything to us and advised it would be more costly to maintain/repair our old unit. We couldn't pay for everything, so we were offered finance options. I would 100% use them again and suggest them to anyone looking to save in the long run.

Harry made his way to our home. fixed the issue promptly after quickly determining what the problem was. I was informed of the corrective action that he had taken and that he had made sure I understood what the problem was. The problem was resolved the first time, and I am confident this will never happen again. Harry is a highly skilled and adept technician!
Harry, the technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable about my system. He gave us some preventive maintenance information that we needed to know. We appreciate that he contacted us beforehand to let us know his estimated arrival time and showed respect by putting on his booties before entering our home. One excellent company is SomaiHvac, LLC! They installed our new heating and air system three years ago; we loved the quality and professionalism the most. Following the first installation, we were given a maintenance agreement that offered a technician to visit our house twice a year for a complete system inspection and filter cleaning.
